PLATEAU NORTH SENATOR EMPOWERS CONSTITUENCY WITH TRAINING PROGRAM,FARM IMPLEMENTS AND CASH GRANTS

It was a day of joy at the Langfield event Center in Jos, Nigeria on Friday 26 September 2025 as Senator Pam Dachungyang Mwadkon  representing Plateau North Senatorial district empowered citizens of the locality with cash grants and farming implements such as hand sprayers, fertilizer, tricycle trucks and a training program on animal husbandry.

In his address Senator Dachunggyang, said

 "it is with  joy and  I'm really excited to see you on this occasion, particularly as it marks yet another historic day in my life for us and the whole people of Plateau North. In the face of the challenging realities that all of us are currently passing through and I believe this initiative will help alleviate the pains of many of our constituents"
Senator Dachunggyang said he has priotized human capacity development and said

 "I don't brag about it; I don't escalate it, but it's God's given opportunity for me to do the right thing. Those that are lucky will go and tell the story for me.  You can remember around this time last year I empowered some people on poultry farming and then other activities. Recently a skill acquisition centre has been built in Riyom but not yet operational it is my joy to tell you that many good things are coming."
A Quantity Surveyor Daniel Mutfwang and one of the facilitators of  the event while commending the laudable achievements of Sen. Dachunggyang,
 reiterated that.

 "I'm privileged to witness this occasion, the second of its kind. Last year it was held; I wasn't around but to my knowledge over 900 bags of fertilizer were shared and today we are seeing a bigger improvement and I believe next year will be bigger by the grace of God"
On his part the ADP Chairman in Plateau State Hon. Bitrus Boyi urged Plateau people to embrace  the party to reap from their welfare oriented programs designed to give succour  to the masses.

Alongside the training program palliatives given at the event included 22 tricycle trucks,70 hand held sprayers,500 bags of fertilizer and N100 thousand naira cash grants to about a 100 beneficiaries.
Senator Pam Dachungyang who is also the Senate Committee Chairman on tourism  outlined some of his key achievements, including facilitating government employment for constituents and his active participation in 19 National Assembly committees,. He acknowledged the challenges of responding to every request but pledged to always do his best for the people in the area of critical interventions.
